WHK's first grade presented the parents with a "Reading Restaurant" and gave a reading of Jan Brett's, The Hat. WHK eagerly anticipated this special day for weeks. The service at the restaurant was an A+ and the reading of the story was super.

Flower Frenzy
'Tis the season to be busy! God has blessed me tremendously with an AWESOME part-time job at a florist. It is perfect for a girl like me who wants to be a wife and mom first, be a part-time home schooler and serve at my church. I love it! Anyway, it is February and our busy season is fast approaching. This will be my view for the next week or so...
Twinsies
The other day WHK had a much anticipated sleepover with his "Grandy." The following day they went to church and I thought their wardrobe selection was pretty cute. I wonder if this would fly if WHK was 16?
The Boy
The other day I had to take a photo of WHK for a school project. It is nothing special but I feel it does a pretty good job of capturing "6 1/2 year-old boy."
